For the upcoming season, we are looking for:
You have experience managing a kitchen team and can easily guide your fellow chefs through a busy Sunday lunch or Saturday dinner. Your creative mind enjoys contributing ideas for a new menu, coming up with fun specials, and helping further develop both of our restaurants. Your colleagues are like family. You’ll join a young, friendly, and motivated team. You are available full-time and prefer a four-day workweek. You’ll always have one weekend day off.

You can handle large amounts of preparatory work in a structured way. You start up the kitchen and independently handle lunch service. You are available full-time and prefer a four-day workweek. You’ll always have one weekend day off and work all days during the day.
You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, and love a clean stack of dishes. You are available at least one day a week and are flexible (weekends included).

You’re energetic, cheerful, enjoy hard work, and have an affinity for drinks (and not just drinking them!). You are available at least one day a week and are flexible (weekends included). Experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll patiently teach you how to make the best coffees and shake cocktails!
